Grana is a DTC eCommerce clothing brand based in Hong Kong. As part of the starting team, I was responsible for developing the brand’s paid acquisition strategy and optimising the customer journey. As the team grew, I eventually led a team of 8 and oversaw a US$1M budget, playing a key role in our expansion into five key markets with an omnichannel approach.

            Wristcheck is a consignment based marketplace for luxury watches, based out of Hong Kong. As part of the marketing team, I led the online growth strategy during the early stages of the brand's development, with a primary focus on acquiring new users, while also contributing to establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for evaluating online performance marketing efforts.
